Frontier Elm

Frontier is another great introduction from the National Arboretum. This hybrid elm is a rarity among elms because of its attractive red fall color. It appears to be quite adaptable but unlike many elms, has a moderate rate of growth and stays within itself. Reported have good cold hardiness up into zone 4.
