Redmond American Linden
This excellent American Linden hybrid adds another native shade tree to our diverse landscape. American Linden will eventually become a large tree but the growth rate is not rampant so it should serve well in many landscape situations. Once is established Redmond American Linden is tolerant of a wide range of soil types and moisture levels. However it is thought to be sensitive to extremely polluted air. Redmond has fresh green foliage that looks good enough to eat.
