Claudia Wannamaker Southern Magnolia
"Claudia" has proven over decades of use to be one of the best Southern Magnolias available. The brown back leaves are a nice dark green and smaller than those of a typical Magnolia grandiflora. The tree is floriferous from a young age and makes a nice early summer show of fragrant flowers. Introduced by the great Johnny Brailsford of Orangeburg, South Carolina.
